Ever had a time where you were too lazy or too short on funds to go to the grocery store? So, you analyze the fridge trying to figure out what to make for a meal? Then you will love this website called Recipe Chimp! Basically, you enter the actual ingredients you have at hand and you exempt ingredients you usually would use in the recipe! The search engine will find a way to use the ingredients you only have at hand to make a great meal! Talk about magic!

My cousin Charisma gave me a great Strawberry short-cake recipe today! I would like to share with Fromgirltogirl readers! Check out the recipe below and let us know how you like it! Of course this is part of the #Wifey movement! Ha. Any guy or woman should want a mate good in the kitchen, just saying!

Charisma's Mommie and Mama's Special cake recipe:

Ingredients:

1 box of strawberry cake mix.

1 cup of flour.

1 tablespoon of baking powder.

1/4 cup of sugar.

1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.

Frozen strawberry slices( bake into the cake).

Decoration:

Cool whip & fresh strawberries.


It is simple. Bake as you would a normal cake and then have fun decorating! Great spring and summer treat!
