Life in a day: What does 24 hours on earth look like?

By Briana Booker

Ever wonder what 24 hours worldwide would look in one film? I do!

Producer Ridley Scott and director Kevin Mcdonald are about to be super fierce on July 24th, 2010. Scott and Mcdonald are obtaining the materials that will be used in their future documentary Life in a Day! This documentary is special because it is a global documentary experiment of a variety of perspectives of what a  secular 24 hour day on earth would look like on film! And the best part is that you can be one of the 20 co-directors!

Yes, the website YouTube is promoting users to shoot footage of their 24 hour days to put in the film! The film  will premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2011! The film can also be seen on YouTube!

Check out details here: http://www.youtube.com/lifeinaday

We promote our Fromgirltogirl readers to take part in the global experiment! Enjoy!
