W.T.F moments: Wyclef Jean's bid for Haiti president is suspicious?

By Briana Booker

Well, It is official. Musical artist Wyclef Jean has put his bid in to run for Haiti's presidency. Some are elated while others, such as actor Sean Penn, are suspicious of the whole ordeal. Penn believes the United States of America's government will use Jean's image as a musical icon to do government bid work in Haiti.  Penn says he has not seen Jean's presence in Haiti for months and believes Jean mishandled $400,000 dollars donated to the country through his charity organization Yele Haiti Foundation.
