Daily enrichment: read a book.

 Constructive actions and rituals are essential to living  fulfilling lifestyles. I saw this great video on reading and taking care of your health, as well as your responsibilities. It is entertaining and informative. I recommend watching it!




 Also, starting this week I am going to start my summer reading adventure! I would love to hear what people recommend for a must read book list! We can collect a book list as a community!
