State needs a sugar daddy? : Mass Transit system falling apart!



 There is rumor that the states are crying broke! Mass Transit fees will be going up in crucial economic cities such as New York, Washington DC and Atlanta city! This includes eliminating student discount fares, and the disabled discounts! The states are breaking down the public transit system, be aware!
